Backerkit Survey Coming In 3 Days

Greetings Epic Mortal!

Thank you so much for being a part of the Lost In Valhalla campaign. I hope you are staying safe and are looking forward to slaying foes in the afterlife!

I've been blown away by the response and have been toiling away in the caves of Hel to finalize your Backerkit survey which will allow you to add shipping payment details and add any extras you like (the Untrainable Dragons expansion) and I'm happy to announce your survey will be sent in 3 days time!

Keep your eyes peeled for another update once I've sent the surveys out so you don't miss out on the extravaganza. 

Now, I would like to add another community driven card to the game, and with your vote you can help shape a new card to be added - so let's get voting! I will announce the winner on the next update

Thank you all for voting and taking part in a new card, this time it was a landslide victory for the helm of maximum spikes - there sure ain't enough spikes in the world!

We're about to enter into the final 48 hours so we should see lots of awesome new mortals joining the campaign and it sure will be an exciting time to watch - stay tuned for the next update as I'll have a new vote coming!

The Final Week Is Here... It's Time To Vote On A New Card!

Greetings, epic mortal! It's....

We have just entered our final week, which means it's time to vote on another EPIC card you'd like to see become a part of the game!

Today we're voting on a mighty helmet you'd craft using scavenged materials. I've started it off with 3 suggestions, but feel free to add your own response as i'd like it to be as wild as possible! 

Thank you all for a fun filled campaign so far with amazing suggestions and input - you've really helped shape this into a wildly epic adventure! 

Free Expansion Added For All Copies + Backer Suggestion!

Welcome To Hel, A Free Expansion Included In All Copies!

I'm extremely happy to announce that all copies of Lost In Valhalla will include 'Welcome To Hel' a free expansion taking us to the underworld of the afterlife, full of untold danger and scary places-the-light-don't-touch

Backer Suggested: Optional Hard Mode

One of our awesome backers had a great suggestion for a custom rule that allows Gary The Grim Reaper to appear in the deck, and once he is uncovered, takes an explore card after everyone takes their turns. This will put the pressure on while everyone scraps to uncover their runes before Gary The Grim Reaper!

I'll be adding this to the rulebook as an optional 'hardcore' mode that combines the new Solo Play mode we unlocked together, with the Group Mode - this turns the heat up a bit!

9 Days Remain

With 9 days to go, now is the time to share the campaign with your friends as we enter the final week in a few days time. Thank you so much for your support of Valhalla thus far, and I can't wait to send these out!

Cardstock Upgrade + Solo Mode Unlocked

Greetings Epic Mortal!

We've unlocked TWO stretch goals recently, unlocking a solo mode where you race against the Grim Reaper, and upgrading our cardstock to a more premium finish

Solo mode will be included in the rulebook - you play the game as normal but after your turn ends, Grim Reaper takes a card from the 'Explore' deck. If he finds two Rune Cards, it's game over!

We've also upgraded our cardstock from 300gsm to 330gsm - this give a more durable and premium feel to the product. 

We're only a few Viking handfuls away from 1000 backers, and also close to unlocking the free expansion to be included in each copy which will be a huge milestone!

I look forward to a few more surprises along the way as we near the halfway point of the campaign - thanks again for joining and making this such a fun project - having you vote on cards has been great and I'll definitely have more votes coming up!
